Rutgers University's Thomas Edison Archive Project
Repository of Edison's notes from Menlo Park and other labs. Scanned and searchable. It will be years until the project is complete, but there is still a lot of remarkable stuff here.

Type in the word "invention" - See if an invention company is under investigation for fraud and/or has been fined for such activity.
